All of our package templates include Visual Basics for Application (VBA) programming, as shown on the following image. VBA can extend Office functionality by creating new functions or automating functions that are normally done by hand.

Why are our prices so cheap? As a freelance organization, we have little overhead to account for. Hickory Tech Solutions and our partners believe that integrating technology should not cost an arm and a leg.
What is 'VBA'? Visual Basics for Application (VBA) is a programming language built into the Microsoft office suite which allows programmers to add functionality that is not built into the application, create shorthand for common tasks, or even automate processes to save time.
What is 'SQL'? SQL is a common database languages that help make using MS Access simple. Although MS access can do almost everything SQL can without coding, sometimes, a SQL query is the only way to get the results you need.
Are cheap prices a reflection of quality? Absolutely not. We strive to provide the highest quality of service possible. Again, as a freelance agency, we do not need to charge a high price. So we simply don't!
How do I know if I need VBA or SQL? If you don't know if you need a coding package, then we can set up a free consultation with you and go over what your business needs are and discuss how you'd like to proceed. In most cases, Word and PowerPoint will not need extended features, whereas Excel and Access frequently do.
